Eating to suppress your appetite may seem contradictory but in actual fact there are many guilt-free foods that can help keep your appetite under control. Below is a list of foods that share a similar theme…FIBER!

In addition to eating the following foods, LepToThin™ PLUS is a safe, all-natural, long lasting appetite suppressant that contains LuraLean® fiber, which cuts appetite within just a few minutes. Taking LepToThin™ PLUS just before a meal with a glass of water allows the LuraLean® to expand in your stomach, giving you a feeling of fullness and making it much, much easier to exercise portion control. You will notice a difference the first time you take it!

Veggies… You’ve heard for as long as you can remember, “eat your veggies.” Your Mother gave good advice. By far the best form of fiber, increasing the amount of vegetables you eat will help suppress your appetite for other foods you need to limit. For example, eating a salad before your main meal will help suppress your appetite and thus cut back on calories. The highest fiber vegetables include beans, broccoli and spinach. Many veggie juices make getting the daily recommended intake of vegetables easy.

Apples… This high fiber fruit also requires more chewing time, giving your body extra time to register the fact that you’re no longer hungry.

Oatmeal… An excellent breakfast choice or even a satisfying snack, oatmeal is high in fiber and offers many benefits to the body, including improved heart health, bowel function and even a reduced risk of certain cancers and obesity. It’s a low-glycemic food which means it will enter the blood slowly keeping you fuller for longer!

Chia… A great source of soluble fiber, when mixed with water, chia seeds form an almost solid gelatin. The same reaction takes place in the stomach when we eat them, helping us to stay fuller for longer. They also contain more than 60% essential fatty acids and more omega-3′s than flax seed.

Green tea… A potent appetite suppressant, scientists at the University of Chicago’s Tang Center for Herbal Medicine Research found that green tea caused rats to lose up to 21 percent of their body weight. Rats injected with epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) derived from green tea leaves lost their appetites and consumed up to 60 percent less food after seven days. Ignite Maxx™ is a breakthrough, all-natural product that contains EGCG green tea extract to help manage appetite and increase metabolism, so you can burn more calories.
