Hey there Doc. Ron. I actually used all the above-mentioned spices in your anti-inflammatory broth with the exception of cilantro, which I didn’t have on hand. WOW – what a treat! Thank you sooooo much. You’re a gem! :)

What is a great spice for ant-inflammatory in the back. I have had lumbar infusion and do no want to take sterios.
