The antithesis of running on a treadmill for 45 minutes in an air conditioned gym with make up, jewelery and an iPod.

Just watching Tara makes me feel alive. Yessss!

P.S. My bet is that she didn’t sip on a venti caramel macchiato with extra whip cream after her workout. Instead she probably had wild game with fresh vegetables.

WOW…just watching her exhausted me!!!!!! Seriously, I would love to be able to do that…I miss the sense of a truly fit body!!

Serious- take no prisoners stuff. Stay out of health clubs and get it done right. Add some (heavy) kettlebell swings and rock. I love this clip
