Have a routine that causes you, or forces you, to get your mind set on things that are important and inspiring to you.
I hear you already, “I barley have time to get out of the door as it is!’
I have a 1 year old and a three year old. A practice that sees 200 patients per week and am the Chief Information Officer of CleanseToThinTM, which takes up another 30 hours per week.
If you don’t take the time to set your day in motion, you will have to navigate back on course as your day starts to push you around.
