Are Organic Foods Really Healthier?

Certified clinical nutritionist Karen Falbo is the Nutrition Program Manager for Colorado Based Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage. She’s also the author of a wonderful whole food allergy elimination cookbook (that I own) titled Vital Abundance Cooking. The book contains deliciously healthy recipes that are gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, and yeast-free. Karen is an ACE certified fitness instructor and Hatha yoga teacher. If natural health advocates had  ’super heroes,’ Karen would be one and she would have a cool costume and lots of super powers :) That’s how much I respect her.  She’s relentless in her pursuit in learning and teaching. She walks the walk of natural health in a truly exemplary fashion.
